2007 was the defining year for Hook. Scoring an Aria Nomination, a Buzz Chart #1 & Pete Tong plays for his tune The Bump. Since then the releases have come steady and strong including the Radio and Club smashes ‘The Best Thing’ & ’Gotta Make a Move". The massive success of these singles has led Hook to remix Calvin Harris, Fedde Le Grande, Miike Snow, Miami Horror, David Vendetta, and Ou Est Le Swimming Pool.
As a DJ, the rise of Hook has been nothing short of phenomenal. Touring relentlessly around Australia, Europe and USA. Few DJs can boast such a wide variety of regular gigs at Pacha London, Space Ibiza, Ministry Of Sound, Global Gathering, Future Music Festival and Good Vibrations to name just a few.
2011 will see Hook N Sling keeping up a relentless touring and release schedule. In the words of the man himself ‘LOOK OUT IM COMING!’
